Please make sure all billing and Shipping addresses match when placing orders, or orders may be delayed or rejected. Customers can request signature required option to ensure your package gets to you. Shipments with no signature option selected upon request by the customer, will be left in mail box or at front door (based on customers instructions). Si Tu Veux is not responsible for packages once they are left by shipping company at location of the customers choice.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE THE PROOF OF DELIVERY IS ATTACHED
TO A TRACKING NUMBER ON AN ORDER. Si Tu Veux IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST,DAMAGED, OR STOLEN ITEMS.THE COURIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE .
A confirmation email will be sent to you, once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1 to 2 days for your tracking information to update.
The shipping company, at its discretion, will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, the shipping company may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at the local office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact the designated shipping company’s local office for details.
Note: All shipping details provided are for domestic, US shipments.
Si Tu Veux Return Policy
We work to satisfied all our customers 100% -100% of the time.
We accept products for exchange only within 15 days after receipt of product.
Any product exchanged must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor or stains. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Final Sales, Clearance and underwear are NOT eligible for exchanges.
Because you are responsible for shipping items back to us, we recommend insuring packages, especially on high-end items.
Si Tu Veux will not be responsible for packages not received by our warehouse. We suggest that you ship items to our warehouse as soon as possible, since we do not guarantee availability of items exchanged for.
Once items are received, we will email you a notification. We will then notify when the exchange has been completed. Typical exchange process is completed within 2 to 3 days after receipt of items.
